    + Switch from plain ExtUtils::MakeMaker to Dist::Inkt.

  * Add README.source emphasizing control.in file as *not* a
    show-stopper for contributions, referring to wiki page for details.
  * Update copyright info:
    + Include ancient copyright holders for pport.h.
    + Add git URL as alternate source.
    + Extend coverage for main upstream author, and of packaging.
    + Cover CONTRIBUTING file, lcenses as CC-BY-SA_UK-2.0.
  * Bump to standards-version 3.9.5.
  * Fix use canonical Vcs-Git URL.
  * Update watch file to use metacpan.org URL.
  * Stop track tarball checksum: Check against upstrem git instead.
  * Update package relations:
    + Enhance libperlx-maybe-perl.
