on MacBook Pro (Retina, 15 inch, end 2013), 2880 x 1800 the dialog fits (just) within the boundaries of the spare screen real estate.
Testing on a macMini with an output resolution of 1366x768 with the same LO version shows that the problem is _not_ resolved. The dialog in this instance still overlaps the available screen real estate.
