  * debian/control:
    + Added Homepage field.
    + Upped dependencies on lib{rapi2,synce}.
    + Removed build-dependency on dpatch.
    + Added Vcs-{Git,Browser} fields.
    + Removed cdbs Build-Dep.
    + Renamed librra0-{dev,tools} to librra-{dev,tools}.
    + Added Provides/Replaces/Conflicts for librra-{dev,tools}.
    + s/python/Python/g to please lintian.
    + Cleaned up and alphabetized Build-Deps.
  * Bumped Standards-Version to 3.7.3.
  * debian/watch: Updated URL.
  * Added debug package, librra-dbg.
  * debian/rules: Moved from CDBS to debhelper. This fixes the Python policy
    problems that were present.
  * debian/copyright: Cleaned up.
  * debian/*.install: Cleaned up and updated.
  * Added quilt support.
  * debian/patches: Added manpage fix so rra-*.1 manpages can be parsed by
    mandb correctly. This pleases lintian.
