libscrypt 1.21-3.1ubuntu1 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

libscrypt (1.21-3.1ubuntu1) mantic; urgency=medium

  * debian/rules: do not build with -O3 on ppc64el (LP: #2034710)
    Building with -O3 (which is the default for ppc64el on Ubuntu) causes
    failing tests at build time. Build with -O2 on ppc64el to fix this.
