  * Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Database, Bug-Submit, Repository,
    Repository-Browse.
  * Remove obsolete fields Contact, Name from debian/upstream/metadata
    (already present in machine-readable debian/copyright).
  * Update standards version to 4.1.5, no changes needed.
