    The actual cause for the patch (removal of files during clean) is gone,
    and the rest were cosmetic changes which are not required.
  * Add a new test to debian/tests/pkg-perl/smoke-skip.
  * Annotate test-only build dependencies with <!nocheck>.
  * Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.4.0.
  * Drop unneeded version constraint from build dependency.
  * Bump debhelper-compat to 12.
  * debian/watch: use uscan version 4.
