I verified the jammy job logs, and confirmed that they used the libzypp version from jammy-proposed. Note that you enabled proposed as a whole, so you also got other proposed updates in your test runs, not just libzypp. That's fine for this SRU, but you risked introducing other bugs in your CI ;)

You also flipped the verification tag for lunar, did you exercise libzypp from lunar-proposed as well in your ci, or just jammy?
