    - update xulrunner build depends to xulrunner-dev > 1.9.2
    - drop explicit depends on xulrunner

    - use dh_xulrunner to add proper depends

  * xulrunner-1.9.2 transition - ensure wrapper script copes with multiple
    versions of xulrunner being installed when populating LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
    Also work around an API change in GtkMozEmbed which results in the
    open_uri signal being emitted when calling gtk_moz_embed_open_stream.
    Filter out these events rather than handling them
    - add debian/patches/xul1.9.2.dpatch
    - update debian/patches/00list
