Change log for lightning-extension-locales package in Ubuntu

lightning-extension-locales (0.9-0ubuntu1) jaunty; urgency=low

  * new upstream release 0.9, introduces new is, nn-NO, ro and zh-TW
    locales. (LP: #324635)
  * debian/rules: Remove thunderbird-locale dependency for is locale
    since it doesn't exist.
  * debian/rules: Remove "-s" argument since it cause nn-NO locale to
    be renamed as n-no.
  * debian/control: Add transitional package for missing mn, mk, pa-IN
    and tr locales.

    and set standard version to 3.8.0 .
  * debian/control: Add transitional package for mn and pa-in locales.
  * debian/scripts/regen_package.sh: Drop this script. Needed parts
    are now in debian/rules.
  * debian/scripts/jar_to_xpi.sh: Add VERSION variable to automatically
    set good version name on debian/control and install.rdf files.
  * debian/templates/install.rdf.tmpl, control.rdf.tmpl: Drop static
    version number and use automatic VERSION variable instead.
  * debian/postinst.in, postrm.in: Drop as they are not necessary.
  * debian/rules: Add update-xpi rule, FETCHADDRESS and VERSION
    variable to avoid any manual work for next updates.

lightning-extension-locales (0.5-0ubuntu2) gutsy; urgency=low

  * debian/control: moving package section to web fixing a failed
    to upload build caused by the use of the unknown section internet.
    Uploading a new revision to fix this small issue. (LP: #150492)
