You can see if your are using the firmware on focus in this thread using the results from:

glxinfo -v | grep renderer
DRI_PRIME=1 glxinfo -v | grep renderer
inxi -xxG
DRI_PRIME=1 inxi -xxG

Is somewhere inside "AMD OLAND"? If not, you can't find anything useful for you in this thread!
And last, but not least: Are you sure the linux-firmware package is up to date? If not, use:

sudo apt-get install linux-firmware
