Verification was already done for natty 11.50 release, so the lts-backport is ok to go to testing also.
There was only a problem with packages that landed in universe instead of main, Martin already fixed that (as of now there are still some udebs at ubuntu/pool/universe/l/linux-lts-backport-natty/ tough, but seems they were copied to main also, so it's minor issue).
rmadison still shows 11.49 in the -proposed, but enabling proposed and installing by apt-get you are already getting the 11.50 packages, thus marking Verification-testing as Fixed Released for testing.
