The currently provided firmware for the BCM43430 wireless chipset (the one used by the Pi 3B) has no .clm_blob included. [1] is our source of this firmware and according to [2], Broadcom provide these files directly the Pi Foundation.

It's notable the same message appears in the dmesg log on Raspbian, so I'd suggest this is effectively an upstream issue and that the best place to file it would probably be in the RPi-Distro/firmware-nonfree repo.
