nvidia-glx: 1:1.0.9631+2.6.20.5-15.20

The AlwaysRestartServer fix had no effect on this error for me.

STEPS TO RECREATE BUG

1. log in to user 1
2 select switch user
3. log in to user 2
4. log off user 2
Black Screen

VARIATION ON CREATING BUG AND 2 EXTRA STEPS TO MAKE THINGS EVEN MORE ANNOYING
1. log in to user 1
2. switch user
3. log in to user 2
4. switch user
5. log in to user 1
black screen
...the plot thickens
a. ctrl-alt-bsp
b. log in to user 2
c. gdmgreeter plays bongos continuously
d. I jump from window (luckily I'm on the first floor)
