You shouldn't have to install the daily, though if you already have Feisty installed you can just run a Synaptic Package Manager update. Alternatively, just boot the live CD, open a terminal and login as root: 'sudo su -'.

Upon rebooting the live CD, use /tmp to capture dmesg output which you can then attach to this launchpad bug.
