Found workaround for 2.6.22:
1. Edit /etc/initramfs-tools/modules and add:
fbcon yenta_socket thinkpad_acpi dock thinkpad
2. Execute command: sudo update-initramfs -u
3. Start kernel with parameters irqpoll (needed!) and acpi=off (if you want to use onboard dock first USB)
4. If you still see some errors remove thinkpad_acpi from modules in initramfs-tools
