I have the same problem with a HP Pavilion dv6000.
There was no problem with edgy, but since i moved to Feisty i have got this :

[ 0.206515] PCI: Failed to allocate mem resource #6:20000@d0000000 for 0000:01:00.0

using kernel 2.6.20-13-generic
