Same goes for me. Upgraded to feisty beta and sound is not working. Mpg321 using alsa outputs:

ALSA lib pcm_dmix.c:864:(snd_pcm_dmix_open) unable to open slave
ALSA snd_pcm_open error: Device or resource busy
