Comment 31 for bug 120839

I have reported a similar bug on
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/587859

I've just upgraded from ubuntu 8.10 to ubuntu 10.04 (8.10 -> 9.04 -> 9.10 -> 10.04)
and the bug appeared on all of them and in ubuntu upstream kernel.
