Just a quick "me too" - I seem to be having the exact same problem with a MSI P965 Neo Mainboard.

I have one SATA HDD and one IDE DVD-RAM drive attached.

I have tried resetting to bios defaults and have updated to the latest bios offered by MSI.

This is a fresh install from a gutsy-tribe4 cd up to date as of today (August 18th).
