Yuriy Vidineev, thank you for testing the mainline kernel. In order to rule out this being a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1064621 , could you please test for this in Quantal 3.5.0-18.29 and comment if this addresses your issue?
