Unfortunately the previous modification doesn't works anymore. Anyway I noticed a comma in the file /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf.dpkg-old :

[main]
plugins=ifupdown,keyfile

no-auto-default=00:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx , <-----(?)

[ifupdown]
managed=false
I removed it and now everyting seems to be fine. Fingers crossed.
