DRIVER : VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 82852/855GM Integrated Graphics Device (rev 01)

I tried three diferent 'solutions' I found on different forums and no positive results:

When I close the lid of the laptop, system freezes and I have no option more than switch off the power and restart.... It also gets frozen when I 'suspend'

I was using the previous version of Ubuntu ( 7.10 ) and this problem was not happening...

...shoud I report a bug to the development team of Ubuntu 8 ?
