This bug is affecting me too on a multiseat setup. Every time the Enter key is pressed, the first screen shifts. (I suspect this is because the input is being sent to a tty as well as X.org, but it doesn't invalidate the bug.)
I can confirm that adding "no-scroll" to the kernel parameters works around this bug, though.
