Same problem here:
Newly bought Medion notebook s154495. Installed Ubuntu 20.04 in dual boot with windows 10
 external keyboard works fine
 touchpad and mouse do their job
BUT: laptop keyboard doesn't work
tried "apt-get install xserver-xorg-input-all" but no success
tried blacklisting with "sudoedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-intel_vbtn. conf" but still no effect
Any help would be most welcome. Thanks
PS installed exactly the same on my Medion Erazer Desktop PC and everything works fine
