When I resume from hibernate (but not when I resume from suspend), Network Manager says networking is disabled. One time, I could "sudo ifconfig wlan0 up && sudo iwconfig wlan0 essid helloword && sudo dhclient wlan0" and it worked fine. Today, I could click the checkbox and re-enable networking. In no case have I had the driver issue reported, but every time I resume from hibernate, NM says netorking is disabled.
I think there's an NM bug where it's not restoring state properly, which the reporter and I both have. I think the reporter is experiencing a driver bug in addition to this bug.
I think is actually two bugs.
