Judging from the dmesg output, could it have to do with the computer trying to resume a floppy drive? There is no floppy drive built into the computer but the logs indicate it timed out on floppy0. In bug #459950 I reported that I have an erroneous "Floppy Drive" menu entry in Gnome. I am guessing that both bugs are related.
