It sounds like the unknown key messages have been resolved. The unknown WMI event messages are just informational and are completely harmless; they indicate that the BIOS is providing some data that dell-wmi doesn't know how to process, but leaving these events unprocessed will not cause any problems. Dell has indicated that they plan to introduce support for these events upstream in the coming weeks.
What I'm going to do is disable the unknown WMI event message in our kernels by default to keep it from cluttering up the kernel log, since there's no compelling reason to SRU the event support to old kernels. I'll also be on the lookout for Dell's patches to support these events and backport them to precise if they're available in time.
