This looks promising; this is the first time I've seen a self-contained
patch that would fix ltrace for ppc64el without a new upstream release.
Does IBM believe this patch fixes
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ltrace/+bug/1367308>, or are
there still other patches required for ltrace to be fully functional?
