  * added ldm-swapon, an automatic userspace swap script using the ssh tunnel
    to automatically create swapfiles for nbd-server/client. implements the
    NBD_SWAP and SWAP_SIZE options for lts.conf
  * adds dependency on nbd-server to the ltsp-server package
