allow modules to load on unpatched Debian kernels.
* umount_begin.dpatch: Fixes oops on umount on client.
* Point out in the copyright file that the documents listed in lustre-utils
are covered by the GNU FDL (included in lustre-utils). No documents
include invariant sections.
* Add changes to kernel-config files for current 2.6.18-3 kernel sources.
