Typo fixes and consistent new German spelling.

Correct formatting errors, typos, and sync with English original.
* debian/control: Complies with standards version 3.6.2.
* debian/manpages-de.prune.in: Improve example update command to catch
manpages in multiple packages, and handle multiple Contents files.
* debian/manpages-de.prune.in: Stop distributing compress(1) as there
is no corresponding binary in Debian anymore.
* debian/manpages-de: Regenerate list of duplicates with up-to-date
Contents files. Fixes collisions with passwd and login packages.
