  * Build the mcpp_predef binary as well ("traditional" cpp).
  * Revert the change from 2.5-1ubuntu1.
  * Conflict with xrdb (<= 1:1.0.1-0ubuntu1).
  * Install gcc header files (4.0 only). Malone: #26015.
