ok i have a solution from "gnome should recreate your .config folder with the default config files." from http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=9286111#post9286111

From liveCD i do

sudo nautilus

--without sudo you can't--
i rename .config folder i.e. .config_old and in the next restart at a first sight all seems to be ok
