  * Use test-controller from openvswitch-test package as
    openvswitch-controller has been removed from Utopic:
    - d/control: openvswitch-controller -> openvswitch-test
    - d/p/test-controller.patch: Switch default command name for
      OVSController class to test-controller.
  * d/control: Bumped Standards-Version, no changes.
