mousetweaks 3.12.0-2ubuntu1 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

mousetweaks (3.12.0-2ubuntu1) bionic; urgency=low

  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Drop recommends on gnome-control-center. It's the wrong way around &
      causes g-c-c to be pulled in where we don't need it.

mousetweaks (3.12.0-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Switch from cdbs to dh
  * Add debian/docs to explicitly install NEWS and README
  * Bump debhelper compat to 10
  * debian/rules:
    - Add 'export LC_ALL=C.UTF-8' to fix FTBFS on Debian buildds
      (Closes: #871136)
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.1.0

mousetweaks: mouse accessibility enhancements for the GNOME desktop

 This package contains a daemon and some panel applets to improve mouse
 usability on the GNOME desktop. These enhancements are:
 .
  * The possibility to click without a button
  * The ability to bring the context menu with a one-button mouse
    (like MacOS does)
  * An area to capture the mouse pointer until it is released with a
    pre-defined key combination.
