* Revised DapperFirefoxStartPageTranslation:
- look in new slave alternatives directory for translated homepages
- use prepare-firefox-startpage-translations to map locales
- remove dependency on ubuntu-docs version; this is futile
- add build-depends on ubuntu-docs for p-f-s-t
