mpm 2.00.01.01-0ubuntu1 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

mpm (2.00.01.01-0ubuntu1) trusty; urgency=medium

  * Upload to the partner archive.
  * Update to debhelper compat level 9.
  * Build-depend on libmpmtransport-dev and cmem-dev, not mpm-transport and
    cmem.
  * Update to Standards-Version 3.9.5.
  * Don't ship LICENSE.txt in docs; this belongs in debian/copyright.
  * debian/include, debian/rules: copy linux/remoteproc_user.h from the
    keystone kernel build into the source package, instead of build-depending
    on the linux-headers-keystone package which is not a suitable interface
    for this.
  * Add cross-build support.
  * Split library and headers into policy-compliant packages.
  * Fix debian/copyright to comply with copyright-format 1.0.
  * Use dpkg source format 3.0 (quilt).
  * debian/clean: properly clean the source tree after build
