musescore-general-soundfont (0.2.1-1) unstable; urgency=medium * New upstream release - 000:058 Tuba: Extended top of sounding range since the Tuba preset is used for the bugles and euphonium in MuseScore. In doing so, I have also generated new samples ("Tuba B6", "Tuba F6") for a better sound in the upper range. Fixes: https://musescore.org/en/node/314547 and https://musescore.org/en/node/324917 - 000:090 Polysynth; 017:090 Polysynth Expr.: Tweaked velocity and filter response - 010:115 Metronome; 128:55 Metronome: Added, featuring two pairs of metronome sounds. MuseScore’s metronome sound is not produced by the synth engine and therefore it is not possible to render to an audio file as many have requested (cf. https://musescore.org/en/node/154666 and https://musescore.org/en/node/320431). As a workaround, you can create a percussion staff (simplest way is to add “Wood Blocks” to the score) and assign it to the “Metronome” preset in the mixer. See the README for more information on this. * Bump Policy (no change) * Update all other files accordingly -- Thorsten Glaser <email address hidden> Mon, 04 Oct 2021 03:41:28 +0200

musescore-general-soundfont (0.1.7-2) unstable; urgency=high * Make musescore-general-soundfont-lossless Provides two new virtual packages “sf2-soundfont-gm” and “sf3-soundfont-gm” and register itself with priority 70 for the alternatives /usr/share/sounds/sf2/default-GM.sf2 and …/sf3/default-GM.sf3 for the new “default soundfont” scheme discussed in #929185 • Do the same, with priority 60 and SF3 only, in the package musescore-general-soundfont * Point out SND support in package description * Bump Policy (with no relevant changes) * Let m-g-s-lossless Provides m-g-s (as m-g-s-small does) -- Thorsten Glaser <email address hidden> Fri, 02 Aug 2019 22:22:19 +0200

musescore-general-soundfont (0.1.7-1) unstable; urgency=medium * New upstream version, renamed to “MuseScore_General_HQ”, but we keep the current Debian package names (which makes this the first alternative, while upstream MuseScore bundles the lower quality one, but that’s what you get for shuffling stuff around too often, plus distro benefits of reusing split packages) * Redo all musescore-general-soundfont* binary package descriptions -- Thorsten Glaser <email address hidden> Tue, 16 Apr 2019 17:06:34 +0200

musescore-general-soundfont (0.1.1-2) unstable; urgency=low * Upstream suddenly renamed MS_General to MuseScore_General * Use xz -9e, it’s larger than Fluid so it’s worth it * Override xz-compression-level-too-high (good warning, but this specific case is checked and correct) * Retain the “MIT” licence identifier in ICOP chunk -- Thorsten Glaser <email address hidden> Sun, 25 Mar 2018 22:21:54 +0200
