Hi Robie, sorry for having given you, not just a headache, but ongoing migraine as well. Do whatever you can to bin the report so nobody else gets to see it. I wiped everything and reinstalled. The positive is I now have everything running in virtual boxes eg mysql in linux on linux and always, without exception, make a snapshot before doing any update/upgrade.
