ncdt (2.1-5) unstable; urgency=medium
* QA upload.
* Change to dh sequencer.
- This includes target build-arch and build-indep. Closes: #999253
- Pass default Debian CFLAGS to compiler.
* d/copyright: Update to be DEP5 compliant.
* Update source format to 3.0 (quilt).
* Drop d/compat.
* Bump debhelper to 13.
* Remove trailing whitespace in d/changelog.
* Document Rules-Requires-Root
* Patch to add 'strip' target in makefile. Closes: #437605
* New patch: Add stdlib.h as header, needed for exit function.
* Update Standards-Version to 4.6.0.
