Running vms:
$ virsh list
 Id Name State
----------------------------------------------------
 1 seed running
 6 baremetal_2 running

I have virt-manager connected showing both cpu usage and host cpu usage.

With configuration:
$ virsh dumpxml seed | pastebinit
