Comment 11 for bug 56679

I'm attaching an updated revision of agy's script.

This one has:
 * some documentation in the header (still probably needs a copyright/license)
 * quoted $var's
 * sourcing of debconf/confmodule
 * use of db_set
 * commented out the echo > log debug
 * exit's 0 instead of break (maybe unnecessary?)
