  * New upstream release.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.4.1
  * Set Rules-Requires-Root to no
  * Move D-Bus policy file to /usr/share/dbus-1/system.d/
  * Changes related to upstream GitHub project rename from network-manager-l2tp
    to NetworkManager-l2tp.
  * Use upstream provided xz tarball instead of GitHub generated gz tarball.
  * Added preinst script to remove network-manager-l2tp <= 1.2.10
    /etc/ipsec.d/nm-l2tp-ipsec-*.secrets transient files.
  * Added postrm script to remove /etc/ipsec.d/ipsec.nm-l2tp.secrets transient
    file.
  * Updated copyright file.
