to get a copy of the source just use:

 bzr branch https://code.launchpad.net/~asac/intellinuxwireless/ipw3945.asac

to build it you need kernel-headers et al installed and run:

 make IEEE80211_IGNORE_DUPLICATE=y SHELL=/bin/bash
