Sorry for the delay in reply. I was sent to China for 2 weeks for work.

Anyhow. Booted up Kubuntu and started web browser and tried to load a page.

Did the same thing it normally does. It starts to download, but you can see in the download speed it falls away to zero in about 10 seconds and then waits with no more information coming in.
