* [7b8d014] d/gbp.conf: Remove some files from filtering
Due information from the upstream author Holger Vogt some files are not
needed to get removed. The files previously removed are licensed as
Public Domain.

This package provides the NGSpice simulation engine for your Tcl-scripts by the
library libspice.
All spice directives are available as Tcl functions and it features some new
commands that are useful for the integration into the Tcl environment. It
includes Xspice.
GUI is handled by Tk using BLT vectors.
