* Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
+ debian/control:
- Update maintainer field as per spec.

- Add nut to user to dialout group.

- Move the configuration files to /etc/nut from examples
+ debian/patches/01_fix_megatec_regression.dpatch.
- Dropped no longer since its fixed in this version.
