 1. ran: apport collect as you demanded
 2. firefox opened and asked me for access - I said "allow non private read"
 3. then apport said: "Error connecting to Launchpad: HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized
You have to allow "Change anything" privileges."
 4. How do I change ???
