This screenshot is taken BEFORE adding the following to xorg.conf:

Section "Monitor"
    Identifier "VGA-0"
    Option "Ignore" "True"
EndSection

Regardless the above modification, nvidia-settings can only detect CRT-0 (which is VGA-0).
