obnam (0.28-1) unstable; urgency=low


  * New upstream version. Closes the following bugs reported to Debian:
    - "obnam --encrypt-with" fails with "can't query passphrase in batch mode"
      (Closes: #649769)
    - FTBFS: test failed (Closes: #671947)
    - exception instead of error message on repo version (Closes: #655229)
    - obnam fails to backup with error on-disk format incompatible
      (Closes: #655728)
      obnam now has a better error message and the conver5to6 subcommand
  * Bumped dependency on python-cliapp to be on 0.29, since that's needed
    to execute parts of the test suite correctly.
